We recently dined at Sankalp Restaurant in Oshawa and thoroughly enjoyed the food—it was very delicious and authentic. The standout of the evening was **Jhanvi**, one of the serving staff, who provided excellent and attentive service despite the restaurant being a bit slow overall.
The only downside was the loud Bollywood music, which made the atmosphere noisier as guests had to raise their voices to converse. For a dinner setting, softer background music at a lower volume would make the experience much more relaxing and enjoyable.
Despite this, I’d still recommend Sankalp for its great food and commend Jhanvi for her outstanding hospitality. Hoping for a more pleasant ambiance next time!
