I was at the restaurant today, Ottawa location, with my family to try the lunch buffet special, but the service was horrible.

1. There was no one to greet us when we arrived.
2. The buffet selection was limited to just paneer and chicken.
3. There was only one dessert option available, and it wasn’t tasty.
4. The most unpleasant part was the rude behavior of the waitress. Although the buffet was supposed to be open from 12 to 5 pm, we reached there at 2:30 pm. At 3:15 pm we were still eating, and the waitress aggressively brought us the bill. When I politely asked her to come back later since we were still eating, she began yelling at me that what would hurt me if I pay the bill now. I chose not to argue further as I realized she lacked the education and training to handle customers properly. As a manager of a big company, it felt pointless to engage in a dispute with someone like her, whose main goal seemed to be driving customers away rather than providing good services to attract them.

Unfortunately, I will not recommend my family and friends to go to that restaurant. We have many Indian and Pakistani restaurants in Ottawa who treat their customers like king.
